The most fun part of today was learning a new form of grammar that doesn't make us sound like 2nd graders. Also, learning about kanji was interesting. Learning about each individual part of the characters can be helpful when trying to memorize them. It's really cool that these letters have been around for centuries and people still use them- I would like to learn more about them some day. It would be awesome if sometime I could take a class on writing kanji with like, ink and parchment- but I don't think such class exists at Kent.
The most difficult part of today was trying to remember the long forms of various words. The exercises we did in class were very helpful and I think the exercises in the work book will be too.
